The following are the in-house  permanent members of the ITP Team. In addition , we have contracted cabling Engineers , Programmers, Software Developers and Project Managers that we call upon as needed.The in-house Team has a combined Experience in excess of 40 Man-Years of providing Individuals, and Small and Medium Sized Businesses with IT Products and Services.

  • Some customers with Exchange mailboxes will currently be unable to connect to retrieve their mail.

    Our engineers are currently investigating.

  • Customers may find they are unable to login to our Webmail or SiteBuilder service at present. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as a priority.

  • Customers are unable to retrieve new mail from their inbox. Email is being queued for delivery and no messages will be lost as a result of this issue. Our engineers are investigating the cause as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Update 09:00 - Our engineers have identified and resolved the issue, and email is now being delivered. However there will still be some delays until all queued emails have been sent.

    Update 09:30 - All queued mail has been delivered and normal service has resumed.

  • Some customers may currently be experiencing a delay with incoming emails. Engineers are investigating this issue.

  • Our engineers will be conducting maintenance to our shared hosting network on Thursday 26th August between 00:00 and 00:45. As a result of this work a small proportion of customers may find their websites become unavailable for no more than 5 seconds. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
