Welcome to Support Helpdesk at the IT Partnership. This service allows you to create new Support Requests and to view the progress of your previous requests from initial logging to completion.

While this service is available for logging 24/7/365 , support issues will usually be progressed during IT Partnership Working Hours.

When you use the IT Partnership Helpdesk system to request Support , you agree to abide by the ITP Partnership's Terms and Conditions , as well as to pay for Support at the appropriate Rates.

System status updates.
  • We will be updating our Windows webservers between the hours of 02:00 and 06:00 on the mornings of Tuesday 9th March, Wednesday 10th March and Thursday 11th March.

    During this time customers websites may be unavailable for a short period of time while the servers are restarted.
    Status of this entry is Open
  • Payment operations are failing at the moment, this includes adding and updating credit cards, and taking payments. We are investigating.

    10:30 - The issue is now resolved.

  • Due to an emergency maintenance, customers with websites on the Load Balanced server NAS14ENT will find their websites offline for a short time starting 09:10, 07/03/2010.

    10:00 - This maintenance is now complete, all services fully restored.

  • Customers will currently be unable to login to their control panels.

    Engineers are investigating.
