Customers are unable to retrieve new mail from their inbox. Email is being queued for delivery and no messages will be lost as a result of this issue. Our engineers are investigating the cause as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 09:00 - Our engineers have identified and resolved the issue, and email is now being delivered. However there will still be some delays until all queued emails have been sent.

Update 09:30 - All queued mail has been delivered and normal service has resumed.
